Eetu Karvonen is the prime example of a new-wave athlete. He has 24 years of experience in the sport as swimmer and more than a decade as a coach of all levels. He is known for his forward-thinking training and lifestyle. Eetu Karvonen has spread his knowledge through camps, blogs, videos, lectures, and clinics in his home country of Finland since 2004 but now is the time to give a taste of his thinking to the world. He is an experienced coach, lecturer, and consultant of many top-level English swimmers and clubs.
